真实事件改编，拍得很真实，聚焦渺小的个体，跟电影中国医生形成了鲜明的对比。影片从一家护理院艰难面对疫情延伸到国家对护理院病残人士采取的援助态度。结尾Sarah的话语直接将影片推向了高潮：……从什么时候起我们的生命变得不再平等了！摄影和调度不错，用了大量的大特写和运镜，朱迪科默和格拉汉姆演技很赞！对了，良心发问，从什么时候起我们的生命变得不再平等了？
