The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 小舞台，省演员，12人个个分饰多角，营造出人声鼎沸之感。技术上节奏明快，过场如飞，毫不拖泥带水，却一点也不突兀，有非常高水准。故事上就是一报告文学，却让人看得津津有味，灾难之际陌生人似乎更易释放善意，写得足够细腻。当然对于遭受更多苦难与灾难的人群来说显得似乎有些矫情。
西安疫情lockdown，楼下大喇叭里“请大家保持距离 防止交叉感染” 萦绕不停。面前荧幕里的人们高歌“I’m an islander. I’m an islander.”眼睛里是不容忽视的、充满生命力的光。会好的，我坚信。

那演技让我觉得不止12个人
好看好看好看！一向不喜欢看歌舞剧的都看的着迷 音乐也很好听 通过表演也了解了911这段我不知道的历史 很难不被感动 纽芬兰岛上的每个人都好可爱啊！
这种片子看得才过瘾，内容充实拍摄效果棒，养眼又治愈

好久没有一场表演能同时带来两种眼泪了。
第一看这种类型的音乐剧，没有经典音乐剧耳熟能详、令人心潮澎湃的唱段，也没有《汉密尔顿》《Six》那样流行得抓耳又抓眼，扣准现代大众审美，相比之下它的故事铺开得有点平淡写实，但这样的节奏和画面又并不无趣。
精彩，演员表现力简直炸了。摄像巨清晰，就像身临其境一样
十二位演员，十二把椅子，如此精彩！感谢官摄。

即使只是在屏幕前我的情绪也被带动，被美好的人性震撼，甚至我的身体都在微微发抖。演员们的完美配合以及角色转换也令人惊叹。希望在今年十月下线以前可以看一场现场。
