Ten years ago, Ginny (Toni Gonzaga), an Architecture student, and Marco (Piolo Pascual), a History professor, began a one-of-a-kind and unpredictable love story. In the five years that they were together, they brought out the best in each other, which included Marco's unrealized dream of becoming a chef. Together, they worked towards their dream of opening up a restaurant, but when Ginny realized her own pursuits were different from his, she rejected his wedding proposal and left the country for a Masters degree in Architecture. At present, Ginny co-owns a one-stop Architecture and Interior Design firm specializing in Restoration. She receives an email from Marco, which was written and sent after their break-up, meant to be read four years later. It makes her feel even more regretful of leaving the love of her life. 完成度很高，紧凑，热闹，张弛有度，音乐好听，人物立体表演到位，调度清晰明了，动人而有大能量…我国的主旋律可以参考这样的叙事。记住了这些人，和Gander这个地方。
机长的演唱太精彩了，印象最深刻的一个角色，演技很棒，寓意也很好，非常有爱的一部音乐剧
舞台与影像的结合实属惊艳，舞台戏剧本身的魅力也充分表现，同一演员、同一空间表现出了多样的形式，在疫情后的第一场百老汇演出确实惊艳。但戏剧内容实在平庸，讲来讲去不过是娱乐至死至上的美国价值说教，戏剧演员的格式化表演也无法承受镜头的张力……网上看到一半自觉无聊便退场。
真切感受到百老汇和国产音乐剧之间的差距...
第一次知道这个剧是网易云推荐了一段女机长的自白的唱段，从一路成长的热血沸腾到她听到911消息的落寞，让听者也跟着一路情绪过山车。后来看了录像的完整版本也觉得小镇居民，各个乘客很可爱。守望互助大抵如此了吧。刚看到come from away开始疫情后的线下售票了，可以规划一下了！

最感动的几个moment和唱段。他们铺起毯子开始祷告的一段。👮飞行员的唱段，Me and the Sky - Suddenly there's nothing in between me and the sky. ✈️ 返程飞机上的唱段，Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, you've found your heart and left a part of you behind. 💦 分别的唱段，Something’s missing. 👨🌾 岛民最后的唱段，Tonight we honor what was lost, but we also commemorate what we found.
在听到大家唱歌的时候我没哭。只是看到大家在经历灾难之后，仍然笑着交谈的时候，我就泪流满面。

真的好爱音乐剧....看到以前的同学把她简介改成artist/playwright真的emo了 羡慕可以追梦的人
Something's found, but more thing's missing, lost and gone. 为人类面对灾难时的齐心协力同舟共济而无比感动，但那弘扬的希望在灾难的创伤面前是如此渺小，为由此而永远逝去的生命、撕裂的信任和激化的矛盾而无比悲伤。"How do I tell him I wasn't just okay, I was way better."
背景讲的是911事件，航班滞留纽芬兰小镇上的故事。同班演员，既是小镇居民又是航班乘客。不同的角色就有不同的感觉，一秒切换毫无违和，演员太棒了。另外故事的表达也是很立体的，贴近现实。虽然因事件会带来偶然的美好，但事件产生的影响不会轻易消灭。
编排太牛，节奏太紧密，简直有点目不暇接了。
这真的是我看过现场调度最牛逼的剧了。
