剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     ① 我旗帜鲜明地拥护将这项服务变成公共事业 ② 豆瓣简介真的有点裹小脚了，Sex Worker就是性工作者，没必要说是性心理治疗师 —— 心理治疗师不用自己身体治疗别人，是用谈话，好吗？ ③ 这部戏虽然都在室内，却很注重人物关系之间的情绪流动，这情绪不止是欲望、连接，还有我最喜欢的一部分 “冲突”。它讲的故事其实本质上是不要惧怕冲突，冲突过后是有可能走向更自我接纳、放松和彼此知道对方的界限后的自由。 ④ 我觉得其实它把2个人之间的故事说好就可以了，野心大了一点，涉及到育人和代际，就有点隐没了主线了。但瑕不掩瑜，依然是一部难得的以女性主体视角为唯一角度的佳作。

    倒数第二场戏之前两星，问题不在于舞台设计有多么简陋，而是每个主要演员都拥有两个及以上的核心角色，导致本就停留太短的情绪根本没有渲染的空间，故事的阴暗面也被简单略过，直到最后才能感受到那种被历史车轮碾过的无力感，也与当下产生了共振。
