The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. @Berlinale72首映 难得在柏林的主竞赛单元看到这么温暖向的片子（后面又看了Alcarras），像一封给80年代巴黎的情书，困难与痛苦都处理得温柔轻盈。夏洛特·甘斯布毫不费力地就演活了一个从迷茫到重新发现生活的中年离异女性，小女主太灵动可爱。结尾Et Si Tu N'Existais Pas的旋律响起时，忍不住会心一笑，跟着轻轻哼唱。

不同画幅的旧素材、温润的音乐、暖融的色调配上80s的氛围感共同构造出这部很温柔的电影，但情节过于柔和，有些地方太理想化了。

太舒服了，尽管可以说生活像流水账一样在平平无奇地进行，而所有人都只是巴黎这座城市的旅人。平淡但不寡淡，所有的情绪和波澜都恰到好处。
即将离开的旧屋，她把自己珍藏的日记本和“生育女神”分赠给儿子和女儿并告诉他们自己如何走出人生那段最艰难的时光。
第一次，是偶然；第二次，是巧合；第三次，是宿命。喜歡它在我變得越來越浮躁時能一下讓我靜下來欣賞巴黎夜景的安寧。女演員們都好美。
