The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 如果還在用垃圾豆瓣的話，很難消除偏見，而去單純得的評論電影本身。大陸熟悉的伎俩政治捆绑，又被做為政宣工具， 為趙婷感到可悲。

气氛还是有点味道的，不过始终对这种散文式电影没啥感觉。

“水无形而有形,无物而容万物”——水作为传统的女性性别符号，尤其是东方女性，象征着协调、温润、灵动、没有棱角、却充满着韧性和力量、也从不停歇。在这部电影里，无论是影像风格、内容、主角性格都体现着这一点。
构图好美，配乐超赞，很多长镜头。
片子拍的克制，情绪在风景与眼神间流转，孤独又浪漫。
不止于公路片，不是漫无目的地追求自由，而是除了自由已一无所有。
走过荒野，一个人独庆新年。

影片将一群被主流视野所忽视的、不愿意背负沉重房贷压力而选择房车流浪四处打工的现代游牧人群的生活状态展现在了观众面前，讲述了他们的生存哲学与生活之道。也许影片对于他们的生存状况进行了一些过于诗意的美化，强调他们选择这种生活方式的精神需求而非物质限制，但仍能让人感受到无处不在的孤寂。选择这种生活无论是主动抑或被动，都需要强大的内心。正如主角所说:"No, I'm not homeless. I'm just houseless. Not the same thing, right?" 他们不是没有家，他们只是把家随身携带，选择不断上路。
像自己的未来，也会是很多人的未来，迷茫孤独但却自由富足
感觉主角的设定有很多不可推敲之处，查了下果然是原著书中没有的人物。这种无父无母无孩无产的设定，给了电影某种“自由”，却也造成了遗憾？
哈哈哈，有一种她才是我最好朋友的“倔强”。
