The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 剧本真的赞，好电影就该是多元多视角两方理由让观众觉得都有道理的。看似疯癫的嬉皮士其实聪明克制，循规蹈矩的好学生却是骚乱源头心机深。也就美国有这种庭审，要在某地。。。。
这部电影的台词就是一切，酣畅淋漓的俩小时；“60s outside the bar, 50s inside the bar”
至少不要人云亦云，不要以为自己的出发点是“无敌”的，是“好”的，就停止思考。
导演尽量发挥自己的台词优势，剪切凌厉，但只是浮于表面，看得人昏昏欲睡
那一代人其实往往也在失控的边缘，peace 和love 也可能演变为暴动，而法庭给了一个特别平复情绪的地方。

本来就是场荒唐的审判，大篇幅的法庭戏一点也不枯燥，金句频出，很燃。对萨莎·拜伦·科恩刮目相看，Abbie这个人物和他很像，看似玩世不恭，却活得很清醒。

美国的强大在于，即使有这么多的不同意见、质疑、批判，国家的某个组织也不会禁止它发出声音，所以，究竟是在单一的声音中看世界更好，还是在扬抑同在的声音中看世界更好？说回电影，导演选择用大量蒙太奇剪辑手法，把一个较为复杂的、多个利益群体、多种诉求的抗议故事，较为简单又诙谐幽默地给观众叙述了出来，演员的表演也可以，其实这种电影，拍出来就4星了。

国家机器总有一种绞杀民间思想的欲望，即使是号称最民主的“米国”。
熟悉的快剪辑风格，最后的庭审戏还是挺燃的。
这才是左派电影应有的态度，通过异常理性的角度展现tg下当代左派以卵击石的挣扎。谁才是真正的暴徒？是谁创造了这个词？又是谁来定义这个词的意义？如果你不是规则的制定者那么除了闭嘴听话能做什么呢？当我们探讨爱国，我们是否应该确定究竟什么才是国家，是人民还是tg。历史不断重演，还是原来的配方，还是熟悉的味道，屡试不爽。
艾伦索金带着强烈个人风格的左派作品，密集犀利的台词是子弹，锋利痛快的剪辑是刀刃，说的是60年代的芝加哥七君子审判，瞄准的却是当今美国。左派与否，这个时代需要民主，民主需要发声。
好好改改剧本说不定能拿奥斯卡，剧情不怎么样，但是还是值得五星。
