The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 从影片中可以看出，导演和编剧带有一定的倾向性，落脚点是对种族运动的支持和同情，因此，对三名参与者在行动过程中所采取的行动，具有一定的美化意思。选取的几个角色也各有特点，三个为自由而战斗的“同志”，一个对种族问题有同情心的警察队长，一个司法部部长的女儿，具有深切的宽容、同情心，还有一个极力掩饰自己人种的混血儿等。影片的主题是把一场预先谋划的袭击案转化为一场不可预料的种族问题讨论会。
根据真实事件改编 值得一看。银行主管小姐姐死得太冤了。

电影版画面很唯美、故事讲的也很好；

很真实啊。有时候理想是完满的，现实总是交错的、困惑的，而你在其中沉默，被批评，做了道德上“错误”的事，当你自己尚未理解一切。

很燃！编剧和导演带有明显的偏向，把三位MK战士塑造的弱势又强大，暴力又正义！但这是根据真实事件改编的，一分真实四分改编，为自由而战没错，但就真实事件而言，三位主角远没有电影塑造的完美～但凡挟持人质相关的电影，多多少少都会展示斯德哥尔摩症候群，本片也不例外～自由，对普通人，从古至今，都是最贵的！
不错的片子，甚至不需要艺术加工，能把真实事件完整据实地拍出来就已经足够了。
故事挺套路化的，顺带了解了一下真实事件，过于“正确”，原创部分较多。

是一场相互救赎吗？应该是一场最终的互相理解吧。
