注定结局的政治审判，半百之后世界并没有变更好。
从主角到配角演技都在线，对白又相当精彩，故事也棒，五星！
这种片我觉得商业元素很足，冲突、快节奏、背景丰富、反讽黑色幽默，毫无困意看完2小时长篇，题材还是这种历史政治事件。
自由和权利之间的抗争是个永远不会结束的死循环。

片头剪辑是卡点狂魔 犀利戏谑
密集台词和剪辑，两个多小时必须高度集中以免错过关键细节。可怕的1968年，全球都在闹，会利用媒体的嬉皮士真可爱，一早明白是zz审判，可惜后来死于“自杀”？小雀斑的白左精英真体制内功利分子了，后来还娶了简方达，煽动也是他，煽情也是他。灯塔国一样问题一把，起码还有人拍出来啊~
很久没有看过柯南了。再次看到新一和小兰，似乎自己也回到了少年时光。
顺便借古讽今
最近无意中连看了几场法庭辩论类的电影，只有这一部看的人热血沸腾，而且是在其余故事线极为淡薄的情况下，把法庭戏份拍得如此精彩。末尾让我想起了《辩护人》的感觉，但是是不同的处理，这里的诠释正如最后一句台词：全世界都在看着！是一种强烈的共鸣感。
当权力要作恶的时候，包括法律程序都要变成其帮凶。人们并非不知道权力的丑陋，只是因为软弱他们选择了岁月静好。体制并非无法被撼动，只是需要躺下成为滚木的受难者。
"审判开始后，很容易就会忘记这一切都是为了谁" ，Abbie实在是个有意思的角色。四星半，庭审最后。。T^T
本部电影的人物刻画从这一点来看，仍然有不足之处，挖掘得不够透彻，而法庭上的冲撞对决，插科打诨，很难说会有多少精彩之处。
片子强调思想理念重于描绘事件，居然还很扣人心弦。Sorkin拍这种题材已经成精了。
想给Abbie这种hot hippies抓虱子
说鸡确实够鸡，但能做到这么鸡也是人中凤凰了。

作为一个政治审判，比一般的庭审更复杂。可惜带有倾向性的主题，并没有表达清晰，各方面都不太站得住，大法官也没有明显做错什么，辩护律师执着的原因也没铺垫清楚，很多桥段设计太过戏谑，看了让人并不舒服。既不严肃又不荒诞，更不深入，纯粹是简单煽动和渲染革命的合理性，我不支持。
