The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 2星。以混乱插叙型方式来讲述这个人鬼情未了的故事，画面和音乐在前后的对比非常明显，但整个情感的表达显得乏善可陈。全片最亮眼的地方在最后五分钟左右，男女主在巴黎街头的漫步镜头很美。导演估计也是个影迷，从头到尾各种迷影元素。
七荤八素的拼盘，掺杂些揶揄自嘲，看似知音故事会，实为平台展销会。

"You know what?I'm not gonna judge whatever journey you're on.It's not what I'm looking for,and I hope you never do it to anybody else ever again."跟结婚骗感情的男友分手吵的让人忍不住笑起来，亲身经历过去这十年的氛围变化后，往日多么可怕的trauma如今真的能如此轻松的放下，并不轻佻，diversity配得上Netflix的圣诞节了。很欢乐，也蛮感同身受，出柜了并不会就完全轻松了，我现在每次跟师父、前辈吃饭，都要先一脸期待的问我有没有遇到人，要加油，跟异性恋被催婚一模一样的。加一颗星给台词，不是漫威那种乱插科打诨的胡闹，就很干净的活泼。
可惜了那么好一帅哥给她。
