The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 想说的事很大，电影拍得太套路了。许多场面难圆其说，不经推敲。
但整部电影拍的画面太暗了，印度人又长得黑黢黢的，2小时的观影时间看下来很费眼睛。

故事本身的底太简单了，没法对观众造成冲击。女主一开始就告诉了警察去查两个强奸犯，到故事结尾警察都没找到这两个人，也没有相关资料，对于女主，警察一开始就查女主的前史，但也没有能查出个四五六，种种bug难以称之为佳作！
除了演技之外，不知所以然的一部电影！讲的乱七八糟！

跟别说现实情况了，
太催泪了。扎實，情感刻劃和表达，完全滿分。女主雖然遭遇不幸，氣氛壓郁，但全劇充滿愛和掙扎、人文關怀。
桑婆演得不错，故事后半段全线崩盘，落于俗套中。
印度也开始像韩国人那样编排国家元首了。这个剧本虽然胆子很大，但故事完成度还可以，女主也相对耐看。
而谁让我如此痛苦，我必然会让他付出代价，对待野兽，我们要更野蛮！

本片被评论区诟病一些点，恰恰是我最喜欢的：不是每部电影都得剖析所谓人性的复杂，展现朴素的是非观不可以吗？对于女性来说，我们需要最直观的正义。
几种关系之间的力很巧妙，虽然刻意但都有效，也没刻意得过界。演技确实太稳了。
“不只换来一场烛光游行”。至于吗？不至于吗？
甚至
女性被侵犯，却要付出自己的一生去呐喊悲痛，付出如此大的代价才能换得国家的关注。
拜托国内的导演不要翻拍，不要去消解女性的苦难。
桑婆难得严肃克制。系统性的恶无形杀人后还要剥夺受害人的地位。对伤痛的表达刚刚好。
